Qualifications

• Technical education or degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in technical service, after-sales support, field service, distribution service, or another customer-facing technical role is highly valuable.
• Strong customer communication skills, with ability to coordinate with customers, service partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned regional customer tickets, coordinating their handling and supporting efficient resolution of service requests.
• Support the approval and coordination of service partners involved in regional customer service activities.
• Contribute to system testing, issue feedback, and service process optimization, working closely with the Service Platform team and CRM processes.
• Act as a single point of contact for key customers, including distributors and installers, supporting service issues and maintaining clear customer communication through online channels and on-site visits.
• Deliver customer training and practical service guidance to help customers and partners work effectively with our solutions.
• Coordinate internally across departments on spare-parts logistics, service issues, and major incidents affecting assigned customers.
