Job summary

JBT Marel in Poland seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise advanced food processing equipment across Poland and the wider EMEA region. You will work hands-on with customers to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

The role combines technical problem solving with customer interaction in a highly international environment, requiring travel, strong communication, and a proactive, reporting-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in field service or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence and passport.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites in Poland and EMEA.
• Provide preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Deliver training to operators and maintenance teams.
• Prepare service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams on projects.
• Travel across Poland and EMEA as required.
