Job summary

• Experience in technical service or field service is valuable.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and partners.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and work remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own regional service tickets and coordinate resolution with customers.
• Support service partners during regional activities and approvals.
• Contribute to testing, feedback, and process improvements with the Service Platform.
• Act as single point of contact for distributors and installers across Poland.
• Deliver customer training and practical service guidance.
• Coordinate internal teams on spare-parts logistics and major incidents.
