Job summary

CBRE in Warsaw is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed. The role sits within Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment planning.

You will acknowledge inquiries, collect work orders, monitor progress, and maintain documentation while following established procedures under close supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills (percentages, discounts, markups).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures and reporting formats are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information to report performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals, and vendor paperwork.
• Monitor activities outside the building (waste disposal/recycling).
• Follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Respond to client, coworker, and supervisor inquiries or complaints.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes.
