Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Hard FM Lead to oversee the operational integrity of a diverse regional portfolio. You will manage engineering service delivery across critical power, building fabric, HVAC, and life safety systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical facility management or related role.
• Engineering degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Proven vendor and subcontractor management.
• Fluent English; Polish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance across critical infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, and life safety.
• Lead technical teams and mentor staff to standards.
• Oversee vendor performance and KPI compliance.
• Manage incident management and RCA for business continuity.
• Develop SOPs and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate statutory inspections, audits, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate on asset lifecycle, capital planning, and projects.
• Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Manage regional Permit to Work system.
• Liaise with helpdesks for scheduled/unscheduled works.
• Maintain regional spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with regional and corporate stakeholders.
