Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and organise events.
• Manage the entire process from planning through to running the event and carrying out post‑event evaluation.
• Work hands‑on as part of a team.
• Ensure events are delivered on time and to budget.
• Market the event properly so the expectations of the target audience are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field of study required.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in delivering events.

Skills

• Experience in planning and executing conferences and corporate events, including logistics, venue selection, contract negotiation, and on‑site management.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
• Leadership skills to direct teams and coordinate vendors.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information to clients, vendors, and team members.
• Time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Quick problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve unexpected challenges during planning and execution.
• Patience to manage last‑minute changes and stressful situations without losing composure.
• Resilience and agility.
• Stakeholder engagement: strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, suppliers, speakers, and delegates.
• Nice to have: Certified event manager.
