CIC Warsaw is seeking an organized Event Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring a high-quality experience for guests and partners. You are an organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional who enjoys turning ideas into well-executed events. You have a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
You are confident in communicating with different stakeholders, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and not afraid to take ownership and make things happen. You combine creativity with strong organizational skills and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
