Job summary

Scale-X Solutions is seeking a part-time Midshift After-Hours Virtual Assistant to handle after-hours emails and voice messages. You will review alerts, decide actions, and communicate via email or SMS through our CRM. The role supports client services and staff scheduling with 2–3 calls weekly.

The position requires customer service or VA experience, strong English, and the ability to learn Brevity quickly. Flexible evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or VA roles.
• Strong written and spoken English with clear communication.
• Ability to learn Brevity or similar CRM quickly.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Independent worker with initiative for urgent matters.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review incoming email alerts and recorded messages after hours.
• Listen to messages and decide appropriate actions.
• If a client cancels a service, send an SMS notification via the CRM.
• If a staff member calls in sick, review roster for replacements.
• Update and manage records using Brevity (CRM).
• Communicate effectively with team members; ensure timely task completion.
