Job summary

Scale-X Solutions seeks a dedicated Post Support technician for Fridays to Sundays, 12 hours per day (36 hours total). The role focuses on handling post assistance, resolving AV-related issues, and ensuring client satisfaction with timely responses.

Applicants should have experience in AV or technical support, with basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems and strong communication skills. On-site or remote support may be required for different projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in audio visual support, technical support, or related AV role.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems (sound systems, displays, projectors, control systems, conferencing tools).
• Familiarity with troubleshooting AV hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment and software.
• Respond to support tickets, service calls, and client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with installation technicians, engineers, and project managers to resolve post-project issues.
• Schedule and track warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate service records and support logs.
• Ensure all post-support activities meet company quality standards and client expectations.
