Qualifications

• Knowledge of German at the level of min. C1.
• Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities, with willingness to learn working with data.
• Strong customer focus, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach in everyday tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with growing ability to work independently.
• Basic experience or familiarity with project work in agile or classic environments.
• Flexibility, openness to new topics, and a positive, open-minded attitude.
• Readiness for business travels.

Responsibilities

• Support international IT and business projects while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams, helping to organize meetings and workshops, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and support day-to-day project activities
• Contribute to project documentation, presentations, and reporting, turning ideas and requirements into actionable outcomes
• Coordinate assigned tasks and smaller project workstreams, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
• Learn and grow in both Agile and traditional project environments with guidance from experienced project professionals.
