Job summary

Senovo IT Ltd is seeking an EU Bid Manager / Tender Specialist to join a long-term international project supporting EU and public-sector tender processes. Location: Remote From Poland, candidate must be based in Poland.

You will manage end-to-end EU/public-sector bidding, coordinate proposal teams and stakeholders across countries, and ensure submissions meet all compliance and timetable requirements. This role demands strong planning, English communication, and the ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on EU/public tendering experience.
• Strong experience with administrative processes and tender documentation.
• Good understanding of public procurement and compliance requirements.
• Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and working independently in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end EU/public-sector bidding process, from qualification through to final submission.
• Review tender requirements and prepare proposal plans, timelines and submission requirements.
• Coordinate proposal teams, SMEs and stakeholders across different countries and functions.
• Ensure bids meet all formal, procurement, quality and compliance requirements.
• Collect and prepare supporting documentation, including CVs, project references, financial/technical evidence and corporate information.
• Coordinate administrative and legal tender documentation and work with Legal when required.
• Perform final proposal reviews and ensure accurate, compliant and on-time submissions.
• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, proactively tracking deadlines and outstanding actions.
