Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with French to join our remote Poland team.

You will lead strategic transformation initiatives for international clients, primarily based in France, coordinating complex programs with senior stakeholders. This fully remote role requires strong background in project management, consulting, agile delivery, and change management. Qualifications

3+ years delivering large-scale international projects or programs.
Proven experience in Project Management, Agile Project Management, Product Owner, Change Management, or Digital Transformation roles.
Consulting experience driving Digital and Agile Transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Experience with France-based clients (AMOA/AMOE environments).
Native or fully bilingual French (C2).
English proficiency at C1 or higher.
Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate digital transformation and business change initiatives.
Manage large-scale projects and programs across international and multicultural teams.
Drive Agile transformation initiatives and support adoption of Agile best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
