Job summary

GSK is a global biopharma company seeking an operational support role for the European Partnership Markets (EPM) team. You will manage POs, training curricula, documentation, and key systems, enabling cross-functional teams to operate efficiently.

The role includes project support, continuous-improvement activities, and coordination with multiple functions to ensure compliance and timely execution of business processes.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Experience with digital workflow and document-management tools (MyLearning, VQD, DocuTrack, Adobe Sign, Teams/SharePoint).
• Understanding of procurement and contract flows (purchase orders, invoicing).
• Continuous-improvement mindset with process-optimisation experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Project support and continuous-improvement initiatives including documentation, archiving workflows and tender processes.
• Provide project support using basic project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Training management for MyLearning and EPM Training Matrix; monitor compliance and dashboards (Power BI).
• Purchase Order administration: create/manage POs in Fiori/Ariba; ensure accurate documentation and timely approvals.
• Systems and document management across EPM tools (MyLearning, VQD, DocuTrack, Adobe Sign, Teams/SharePoint).
• Ad-hoc cross-functional operational support; governance and documentation updates; liaise with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Legal teams.
