Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, or LMS support.
• Fluent English and German skills at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience using learning technologies, including LMS platforms and enterprise service management systems.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion, compliance, and alignment with organizational training requirements.
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and onboarding activities that support employee readiness and a positive learner experience.
• Manage LMS activities, including course assignments, user access, training records, and system updates.
• Review, approve, and execute training-related quality system tasks, ensuring training documentation remains audit-ready.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and KPIs to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.
• Represent the training function during regulatory audits and inspections with training records and qualification evidence.
• Investigate and resolve training system, course access, and process issues, including service tickets.
