Job summary

Grant Thornton Frąckowiak Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. seeks an experienced EMEA Strategy & Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the region, partnering with senior leaders to optimize processes and execute regional priorities.

You will lead cross-functional projects, monitor performance, and provide data-driven recommendations while collaborating with Finance, HR, Operations, IT and other functions. Strong English, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, PMO, Program Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience in managing projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively influence decision-making in a matrix organization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive EMEA Strategy & Operations Manager to support strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence across the region.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior business leaders to lead key projects, optimize business processes, and support the execution of regional priorities.

Key Responsibilities
