Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Benefits Operations to oversee end-to-end administration of health and welfare programs across EMEA. You will collaborate with Payroll, Communications, HR Business Partners and external partners to ensure accurate benefits delivery and superior service.

In this senior role you will drive process improvements, manage enrollments and renewals, analyze cost trends, and lead system changes with HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field; equivalent experience.
  • CIPD certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on benefits administration experience.
  • Experience with self-insured plans or large, complex benefits programs; Medicare and retirement knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS/benefits software; familiarity with Workday and Benifex preferred.
  • Experience implementing new benefit technologies and operational redesigns.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end administration of benefits and retirement programs.
  • Provide Tier 2 support and partner with Payroll, HRBP and vendors.
  • Lead annual enrollment planning and renewals with stakeholders.
  • Analyze enrollment data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement system changes and drive process improvements; automate where possible.
  • Coordinate M&A activities for Benefit Operations and training resources.
