Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English written and spoken.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services or Payroll.
• Experience managing HR data and lifecycle transactions in HRIS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Process HR transactions accurately within service levels and German regulations.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records to regulatory standards.
• Execute payroll-relevant transactions and support data quality initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for employees and managers through case channels.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Payroll, and IT stakeholders for service delivery.
• Identify data discrepancies and opportunities to improve HR processes.
• Support reporting and data-driven decision making using HR systems.
