Job summary

Stryker Poland is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to lead training programs that ensure GMP/regulatory compliance, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the regional organization. You will collaborate with leaders, process owners, and quality stakeholders to equip employees with knowledge, tools, and training required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in training facilitation and LMS administration.
• Experience managing audit documentation and change control in regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820.
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities.
• Advanced proficiency with LMS and MS Office tools.
• English proficiency at least B2, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate technical training programs to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Partner with managers to identify training needs and translate them into learning programs.
• Support a portfolio of training programs at a division level and manage risks.
• Represent the training function during regulatory audits with records and evidence.
• Develop and maintain training content, materials, and process documentation.
• Administer and optimize LMS data, profiles, assignments, and reporting.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute training KPIs to leadership reviews.
• Lead Lean/Kaizen events to improve training processes and efficiency.
• Manage training-related nonconformances and corrective actions.
