Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth for Europe to partner with the European leadership team. You will translate ambitious regional goals into structured plans, drive multi-workstream initiatives, and coordinate with site operations for growth and post-acquisition integration.

The role requires strong analytical skills, healthcare/clinical research interest, and the ability to deliver high-impact strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years at a leading strategy consulting firm with healthcare/healthtech exposure
• Proven track record of structuring complex problems and delivering executive-ready outputs
• Strong analytical rigor with models and market sizing
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Strategic Projects & Execution: identify, structure, and prioritize key initiatives; maintain momentum across workstreams
• Growth & Market Development: co-develop expansion strategy by country; monitor market dynamics and regulatory developments
• M&A Support & Site Integration: support diligence and integration with cross-functional teams and external partners
• What Success Looks Like: clear ownership, timely execution, and strengthened European footprint across IH sites
