Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to act as the single point of contact for European customers. You will manage product orders from entry to shipment, using SAP and Salesforce data, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and on-time delivery.

You will engage with customers in English, handle routine inquiries, and escalate more complex issues as needed. A strong focus on data accuracy and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is beneficial.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
• Strong understanding of logistics and order fulfilment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with customer service orientation.
• Clear escalation and problem-solving skills; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the SAP system from Salesforce data.
• Monitor orders, log issues, and inform customers of status.
• Verify data accuracy in SAP and maintain records.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email in English.
• Resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex cases.
• Update databases and coordinate with suppliers and customers for delivery.
• Support day-to-day logistics communication across teams.
