Qualifications

• English proficiency (B2/C1) required; Norwegian a plus.
• Experience in order handling, logistics, customer service or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP based on input from customers and sales.
• Maintain phone and email contact with customers.
• Cooperate with internal departments to coordinate deliveries.
• Organize deliveries and material flow in compliance with regulations.
• Handle warranty and returns processes.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
