Job summary

TCL Electronics Europe in Poland is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics for Europe and develop processes to improve overall performance.

You will drive logistics flows from factory to customers, monitor budgets and KPIs, and coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and optimal service levels. French and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within telecom or fast-paced goods international company, ideally with B2B and B2C exposure.
• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Transport planning & logistics / Business administration.
• Native French and fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage logistics flow from factory to end customers for Europe.
• Monitor budgets and supplier invoices; review RFQs with forwarders.
• Track KPI: customer logistics satisfaction, lead times, POD management; weekly/monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with supply chain team for tool implementations and process improvements.

Job description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the whole logistics activities for the region, while developing processes to improve company performance.

• Drive and manage logistics flow from factory to end customers for Europe area
• Control logistics and transport annual budget fixed by Top management and suppliers monthly invoices
• Monitor spot and regular RFQ with forwarders
• Monitor and control Forwarders logistics service level
• Review contractual agreement (S&OP) with suppliers
• Review logistics specification and sales contact
• Manage Buffer stock deliveries for customers from Europe
• Manage rework and logistics operations from Poland warehouse
• Reverse Logistics and rework management (Quality- Sales & After Sales)
• Weekly and monthly reporting KPI (Customer Logistic satisfaction--- L/T Fulfillment---- POD management---- Monthly cut out )
• Identify root cause for claims issues and set up corrective actions plan with forwarders
• Work in close collaboration with supply chain Team for Tools implementation and process improvements.

Any other duties as required from time to time by the line manager.

Profile and Experience：

• Previous experience in a similar role within the telecom industry or a fast-paced goods international company, ideally with both a B2B and B2C background.
• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Transport planning & logistics / Business administration .

Native French and Fluency in English – both written and oral communication skills
