Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and good English are required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in SAP based on input from customers and salespeople.
• Maintain phone and email contact with customers.
• Coordinate deliveries and material flow within the company in line with regulations.
• Handle warranty and returns processes and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order handling.
