Fujitsu is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to act as the single point of contact for European customers. You will manage product orders from entry to shipment, using SAP and Salesforce data, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and on-time delivery.
You will engage with customers in English, handle routine inquiries, and escalate more complex issues as needed. A strong focus on data accuracy and process improvement is essential.

Purpose of the Role
The Order Management Coordinator serves as a single point of contact for internal and external customers across Europe and is part of the International Order Fulfilment Team. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage product order processing from order entry through to final shipment for Fujitsu entities across Europe (all EU countries excluding the DACH region).
