Job summary

Mondelēz International is expanding its eCommerce footprint in Europe and seeks a driven professional to lead the growth plan across D2C and B2B channels. You will work with distributors, marketing, and central teams to accelerate online sales via Amazon, Pure Play, and eB2B platforms.

In this role you will develop customer plans, activate programs, analyze data and report ROAS, and act as the eCommerce expert driving cross-functional collaboration with distributors to deliver measurable results

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial/marketing functions
• 1+ years in eCommerce (CPG)
• FMCG experience in EU preferred
• Excellent English
• Remote collaboration with international teams
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e-commerce growth plan for EU Expansion
• Manage EU Amazon self-service interface and ROAS tracking
• Develop selling programs for assigned categories
• Coordinate with Marketing and Equity teams
• Act as eCommerce expert to internal/external partners
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize online sales
