Twinings in Poland is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to accelerate profitable online growth across Allegro, Amazon, and major retailers. You will own customer and channel strategy, day-to-day commercial management, digital execution and performance optimization to deliver revenue and profitability.

The role requires strong relationship building with retailers, distributors and agency partners, plus the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital commerce or customer management.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong sales, negotiation and account management skills.
• Experience growing business on Allegro / retail marketplaces and knowledge of analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow strategic customer accounts and eCommerce platform relationships.
• Develop and deliver joint business plans with distributors and key customers.
• Build close relationships with decision-makers across retailers, marketplaces, distributors and partners.
• Negotiate assortment, pricing, promotions and availability with customers.
• Own forecasting, P&L, trade investment and ROI to hit revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop omnichannel growth strategies across online grocery retailers and marketplaces.
• Optimise the digital shopper journey with content, SEO, ratings, pricing and promotions.
• Identify and launch new eCommerce opportunities with robust business cases.
• Coordinate execution through distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
