Twinings is hiring an E-commerce Manager to accelerate online growth across marketplaces like Allegro and retailer channels in Poland. You will own customer and channel strategy, manage day-to-day commercial activities, and optimize performance while building cross-functional capabilities for sustainable omnichannel growth.

The role involves collaboration with distributors, manage forecasting and ROI, and driving content and promotions to improve online visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce or customer management in FMCG/retail.
• Strong sales skills: client meetings and negotiation.
• Experience growing business on Allegro with knowledge of retail media, performance marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with multiple stakeholders across companies.
• Willing to travel about 30 days per year.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow strategic customer accounts, including end-to-end account management and eCommerce platform relationships.
• Develop and deliver joint business plans with distributors and key customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across retailers, marketplaces, distributors, and agency partners.
• Manage negotiations on assortment, pricing, promotions, availability and reviews.
• Own forecasting, P&L, trade investment, and ROI to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute omnichannel growth strategies across online retailers and marketplaces.
• Optimize the digital shopper journey through content, SEO, reviews, pricing, and promotions.
• Identify and launch new eCommerce opportunities with solid business cases.
