Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking bilingual English/Polish speakers in Kraków for an IT support role. You will assist clients with technical issues via email and phone, log issues in the ticketing system, and escalate problems when necessary.

The role requires availability for a 24/7 shift, including nights and weekends, and a willingness to learn new information and grow your technical and soft skills within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Polish.
• Available to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Willing to learn new information and acquire new skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients via email and phone for technical issues.
• Log remotely to client computers and troubleshoot software/hardware.
• Document issues into the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate problems to higher support levels when needed.
