Customs Support Group in Warsaw is seeking a junior Trade Operations Specialist to support the daily delivery of trade operations services across client accounts. You will review documents, process data and track activities to ensure tasks are completed on time, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and reliable handling of documents and data.
• Process-oriented tasks requiring consistent accuracy and discipline.
• Good organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn new systems.
• Clear communication and teamwork with colleagues and stakeholders.
• English language skills (written and spoken) required.
• Experience in operations/data processing is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review documents and data for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Process and maintain information in client systems and trackers.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on missing or incorrect details.

• Follow procedures and escalate issues when required.
