Job summary

GlobalLogic in Kraków is seeking a Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our Employee Services team. You will process shipments, liaise with customs agencies and couriers, and support ordering and invoicing while maintaining accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customs clearance, strong English, and excellent organizational and communication skills. This role offers diverse global exposure and opportunities to work across multiple GlobalLogic locations while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customs clearance (export/import, special procedures)
• Upper-intermediate English level in writing, reading, speaking
• Experience with documentation management: creation, preparation, storage
• Skills in information search and systematization
• Analytical skills, customer focus, excellent communication, self organization

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and collect post related to the employee’s tasks
• Contact Customs Agencies and courier companies for export/import
• Participate in ordering and invoicing
• Track customs cases in dedicated files and folders
• Data entry for customs declarations under supervision
• Perform other administrative tasks
• Prepare and submit import/export customs declarations
• Determine HS codes for goods
• Calculate duties, taxes and fees
• Negotiate with contractors and service providers
• Create/update policies and instructions on customs clearance
• Participate in internal meetings
• Serve as main contact for customs agencies
