Customs Support Group seeks an experienced Declarant to join its international and technology-driven team in Poland. You will ensure smooth and compliant customs operations, using digital solutions and close customer collaboration.

Key tasks include preparing customs declarations, coordinating with customs, and advising clients on operational customs matters in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in import/export customs declarations.
• Knowledge of customs law and procedures.
• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics is required.

Responsibilities

• Create shipping documents and import/transit declarations via ATLAS.
• Calculate import duties and prepare monthly statements.
• Coordinate with customs and submit documents for review; handle irregularities.
