Job summary

RTX seeks a Mobility Operations Specialist to build, test, and maintain enterprise mobility processes and solutions. You will provide engineering and Level-4 support for mobile operations, manage MDM tools, mobile security, and software integrations within RTX and its business units.

You will work in a small operations team, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, and collaborate with BU Mobile Leads on end-user support and service improvements while delivering documentation and standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience architecting and deploying mobility/IT operations improvements.
• Experience with international teams and end users.
• Ability to prepare written and verbal reports for audiences of varying seniority.
