Job summary

RTX is seeking a Mobility Operations Specialist to join a small team delivering end-to-end mobility services, from deployment to ongoing support, across the enterprise and international units. You will translate vendor products and roadmaps into implemented solutions while protecting current operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience architecting and deploying process improvements.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management software.
• Experience with ServiceNow or related software.
• Ability to obtain US DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support end users across the enterprise, US and internationally.
• Assist in design and development of mobility operations solutions.
• Manage MDM technologies and environments.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Vendor management and documentation development.
