Job summary

Veritronics, LLC is seeking a mid-level Technical Support Engineer to serve as a shared technical resource across our enterprise mobility and AIDC hardware portfolio. This role requires independent troubleshooting, end-to-end case ownership, and clear documentation for internal knowledge bases.

The position is remote with opportunities for onsite support, travel up to 35%, and collaboration with internal teams, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

4+ years in technical support, field service, or systems engineering for enterprise hardware/mobility.
Hands-on Android Enterprise experience including enrollment, device owner mode, kiosk mode, and managed configurations.
Experience troubleshooting industrial printers, media calibration, print quality, and drivers/utilities.
Experience with barcode scanner configuration, symbology setup, and prefix/suffix formatting.
Knowledge of MDM/EMM platforms for enrollment, apps deployment, and policy management.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary technical contact for internal teams and external customers on AIDC hardware and software issues.
Own support cases end-to-end using structured troubleshooting; avoid unnecessary escalations.
Document troubleshooting steps, root causes, and resolutions for reuse and knowledge sharing.
Identify recurring issues and propose process or documentation improvements.
Escalate to senior resources with content for a fast, informed handoff.
