Job summary

RTX is seeking a Mobility Operations Specialist to join a dedicated team and implement mobile operations solutions across the enterprise. You will support end users, collaborate with BU Mobile leads, and help manage MDM tools and vendor relationships.

The role requires at least 5 years in operations or related fields, experience with ServiceNow, AD/Azure AD, and a readiness to work in a demanding, global environment including on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience architecting, deploying process improvement solutions.
• Experience with international teams and end users.
• Experience with Vendor Management.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management Software.
• Experience with ServiceNow or related software.
• Experience with wireless service providers.
• Experience with help desk ticketing software.
• Experience with Customer Support.
• Experience with Project Management.
• Strong communication and relationship management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret clearance; US Citizen ship is required.
• Interest in and ability to learn and master new technologies.
• Willing and able to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Core Operations & End-User Support: support end users across enterprise, US and internationally.
• Architecture, Systems & Engineering: design and develop mobility operations solutions.
• Process Consolidation & Vendor Management: consolidate processes and manage vendors.
• Documentation: create and update SOPs and system architecture guides.
