Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a project within the Business Applications area, focusing on enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations to drive customer-centric digital transformation.

You will lead architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, design complex integrations, govern ALM and Azure DevOps, and coach the team while aligning with Agile and Organizational Change Management practices.

Qualifications

At least 8 years of professional experience in Microsoft Business Applications environments.
Proven track record as a Solution Architect in Microsoft Business Applications ecosystems.
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations with migrations and integrations.
Advanced proficiency in Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
Strong ALM and governance practises.
Hands-on Power Pages implementation experience.
Familiarity with Agile and Organisation Change Management (OCM).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
Oversee complex Azure integrations and migrations.
Act as SME for Business Applications and Power Platform technologies.
Build relationships with stakeholders and support long-term engagements.
Facilitate business mapping, requirements, and workshops.
Ensure delivery quality through governance and best practices.
Define and sustain ALM frameworks and Azure DevOps practices.
Support project governance with PMs and account managers.
Promote Agile delivery and OCM approaches.
Coach and mentor the team and share knowledge.
Drive continuous improvement and strategic development.
