Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to drive Microsoft Business Applications initiatives, focusing on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations within a governance framework.

You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, shaping architecture, and delivering scalable, value-driven business solutions across enterprise projects. Fluent English is required, and Poland residency is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft Business Applications environments.
• Proven Solution Architect in Microsoft ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Experience with complex migrations and integrations.
• Strong Azure experience and governance skills.
• Agile delivery and organisational change management familiarity.
• Power Pages implementation exposure.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshops facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Oversee complex Azure integrations and migrations.
• Serve as SME for Business Applications and Power Platform.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive engagement opportunities.
• Facilitate requirements, blueprinting, and workshops.
• Ensure governance and best practices in delivery.
• Define and maintain ALM frameworks and Azure DevOps practices.
• Support project governance with PMs and account managers.
• Promote Agile methods and organizational change management.
• Coach and mentor team members; share knowledge.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic development.
• Assist estimation, planning, and delivery to successful outcomes.
