Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and developing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in digital transformation projects, combining consulting, technical, and business skills with stakeholder collaboration.

You will drive workshops, guide integration and migration efforts within the Microsoft ecosystem, and support pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting workshops and gathering requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in Microsoft environment.
• English proficiency enabling work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping
• Designing and implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Executing integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Advising on selecting solutions that meet the organization's business needs
• Collaborating with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end project execution
• Participating in pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution concept preparation
