Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead Microsoft Business Applications initiatives for a key client. You will drive Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects, design complex Azure integrations, and govern delivery with ALM and governance practices.

The role requires 8+ years in Microsoft Business Applications, deep Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform expertise, Azure skills, and strong stakeholder engagement in a global enterprise. Poland-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Microsoft Business Applications experience.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect in MS Business Applications.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Delivery of enterprise-scale migrations and integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Azure and related MS technologies.
• Hands-on Power Pages experience and ALM governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Design integrations and migrations across Azure and Microsoft tech.
• Act as SME for Business Applications and Power Platform.
• Build stakeholder relationships and support long-term engagement.
• Facilitate business mapping, blueprinting, and workshops.
• Ensure delivery quality through governance and best practices.
• Define and maintain ALM frameworks and Azure DevOps.
• Support governance with project managers and account managers.
• Promote Agile methodologies and change management.
• Coach and mentor team members and share knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic development.
