Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a project for a client in Business Applications, focusing on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.

You will lead architecture across D365 CE and Power Platform, design complex integrations, govern deployments, and drive Agile and change management initiatives. The role requires 8+ years in Microsoft Business Applications, strong stakeholder skills, and Polish residency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft Business Applications environments.
• Proven Solution Architect in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Hands-on Azure migration and integration experience.
• Poland resident; fluent English; relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
• Design and oversee complex Azure integrations and migrations.
• Act as SME for Business Applications and Power Platform tech.
• Build stakeholder relationships and support long-term engagement.
• Facilitate business mapping, requirements, blueprinting, workshops.
• Ensure delivery quality via governance and best practices.
• Define and maintain ALM frameworks and Azure DevOps practices.
• Support governance with project managers and account managers.
• Drive Agile methodologies and Organisation Change Management.
• Support Power Pages governance and solutions implementation.
• Coach, mentor, and share knowledge within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic development.
