Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications projects, focusing on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. You will act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, drive architecture and delivery best practices, and support scalable, value-driven digital transformation initiatives across client engagements in Poland.

You will coach teams, oversee governance, and promote agile methods while shaping long-term customer

Qualifications

8+ years of professional background in Microsoft Business Applications environments.
Track record as Solution Architect within Microsoft Business Applications ecosystems.
In-depth expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Delivery of complex, enterprise-scale implementations with migrations and integrations.
Advanced proficiency in Azure and related Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and delivery activities across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
Design and oversee complex integrations and migrations across Azure and surrounding Microsoft technologies.
Act as a SME for Business Applications and Power Platform technologies.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and support long-term customer engagement opportunities.
Define, implement, and maintain ALM frameworks and Azure DevOps practices.
