Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expert to join the Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center. You will work on Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM projects for international clients across multiple industries.

You will design solution architectures, review requirements, mentor teammates, and ensure the technical quality of delivered solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform.
• Experience designing solutions for large and complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, e.g., Model-driven Apps, Power Automate.
• Experience with integrations using Azure services.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written). Polish language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject-matter expert and advise clients on digital transformation strategies.
• Design and develop solution architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend best practices.
• Oversee the technical quality of delivered solutions, identifying risks and potential issues.
• Support the creation of architectural and technical documentation, providing mentorship to colleagues.
