Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and developing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for digital transformation projects.

The position combines consulting, technical, and business skills with emphasis on process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. Located in Poland, the role involves integration and migration work and supporting pre-sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Dynamics 365/Power Platform projects.
• Experience conducting workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge of system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in the Microsoft environment.
• Ability to independently design solutions blending business and technical aspects.
• Excellent English for international environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping.
• Design and implement solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Execute integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advise on solution choices aligning with business needs.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end project execution.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution concepts.
