Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team. You will design, implement, and develop solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for digital transformation projects.

The role blends consulting, technical, and business skills with a focus on process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include workshops, requirements gathering, system integration and data migration, governance,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
Experience designing solutions and translating business needs to technical designs.
Strong stakeholder collaboration and workshop facilitation in international environments.
Knowledge of system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping.
Design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Execute integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Advise on solutions meeting business needs and constraints.
Collaborate with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end project execution.
Participate in pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution concept preparation.
