Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be useful, but we’re more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills.
• Excellent English – you need to be at least C1 (on the CEFR scale) because you’ll be using these languages every day.
• Good communication skills – you need to be really good at interacting with customers and helping them to solve issues.
• Flexibility and good organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide help and guidance regarding clients’ benefits.
• Work with our global clients daily as the first point of contact for support.
• In your first months, learn how employee benefits are organized and how to use our online tools.
