Job summary

Aon Corporation is looking for a Benefits Processor in Kraków to join a fast-learning, detail-oriented team. You will administer client employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll deductions after a training period.

You’ll work with benefits experts across countries and use your problem-solving and communication skills to resolve issues. Requirements include English at least at B2 level, good Excel skills, and a degree in economics/finance/maths or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Good English (B2) used daily.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Bachelor's or master's in economics/finance/maths preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits for clients after training.
• Ensure benefit deductions in payroll and provider files are accurate.
• Identify discrepancies and highlight errors in produced files.
• Participate in system testing (Internal Acceptance Testing) and support User Acceptance Testing by clients.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage issues and improve platforms.
