Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be useful, but we're more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills.
• Excellent English and German at CEFR-C1; Polish speakers may occasionally handle contacts in Polish.
• Good communication skills and ability to help customers solve issues.
• Flexibility and good organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients' benefits and provide help and guidance on their benefits.
• Learn how we organize employee benefits for our clients and become familiar with online tools used by customers.
