Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role is useful.
• Excellent English and French at CEFR level C1 because you will use these languages daily.
• Good communication skills with customers and problem solving.
• Flexibility and strong organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for global clients' benefits and guidance.
• Learn how we organize employee benefits and use our online tools.
• Collaborate with specialists and support teammates during onboarding.
• Develop language and business skills through training programs.
