Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR, employee relations, or a related field, with proven experience leading or managing a team in a complex or matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, employment regulations, and HR policies, with the ability to balance global standards and local requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee case management at scale, including workload prioritization, quality assurance, and adherence to SLAs
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
• Comfort working with data and analytics to identify trends, assess risk, and drive continuous improvement in employee relations and service delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Specialists to deliver excellent, consistent employee relations support
• Oversee workload management, quality, and adherence to SLAs and service standards across the team
• Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters, aligning with global standards and local regulations
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, People Partners, and business leaders on investigations, performance matters, workplace issues and organizational change activities
• Monitor case trends, service metrics, and employee relations data to identify risks and drive proactive solutions
• Ensure timely escalation and governance of high-risk or sensitive cases with accurate documentation and controls
• Use analytics and insights to improve processes and inform workforce and employee relations strategies
