Qualifications

Experience leading analytics teams and driving workforce insights.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Workday Reporting).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of People Analysts delivering workforce data analysis and insights.
Balance priorities, drive performance, and ensure quality and governance.
Coach and develop team members through feedback and development plans.
Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development.
Manage capacity and prioritize work across regions and business needs.
Advance reporting standardization, automation, and new analytics tools.
Build capability in data storytelling and workforce analytics for collaborators.
